1. Products and Services
Dhiginina specializes in the design, manufacture, and supply of:
- School uniforms
- Corporate wear
- Industrial and safety garments
- Custom-branded clothing
- Embroidery and printing services
- School bags
2. Orders and Quotations
- All orders must be confirmed in writing email or signed quotation.
- A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are subject to stock availability, material sourcing, and production capacity.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in NAD and exclude VAT unless specified.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders. The balance is due before delivery/collection.
- Payments can be made via EFT or cash (no cheques accepted).
- Late payments may result in delayed production or delivery.
4. Production and Lead Time
- Standard production time is 15–21 working days after deposit and final approval of design/specs.
- Urgent orders may attract a rush fee and are subject to management approval.
- Custom orders cannot be altered once production has commenced.
5. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery is available within Africa at a fee or by prior arrangement.
- Clients may also collect orders from our premises during business hours.
- Risk passes to the client upon delivery or collection.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges on custom-made or branded garments unless due to manufacturing defects.
- Defective items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
- All returns must be approved in advance and returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
7. Warranty and Liability
- We guarantee our products against defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days from delivery.
- This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective items. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and content created by Dhiginina remain the property of Dhiginina unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Unauthorized reproduction or use of our materials is prohibited.
9. Confidentiality
- All client information and design specifications are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
10. Force Majeure
Dhiginina shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supplier delays, or government restrictions.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
